2.招标文件售价：招标文件每份售价为 500元人民币或80美元，招标文件售后不退。如需邮购，请另付50元人民币或 40 美元（国外）特快专递费，并请按下述开户银行及帐号汇款（汇款单上应注明汇款用途及招标编号），本公司不对邮寄过程中的遗失负责。

3.购买招标文件时间： 2011年4月20日起，每天（节假日除外）北京时间 08：30—11：30、 14：00—17：45。

4.购买招标文件截止时间：在投标截止时间之前24小时停止出售本公告招标项目的招标文件。

5.购买招标文件地点：宁波市国际招标有限公司招标二处。

6.投标截止时间：所有投标文件应于2011年5月10日13：30（北京时间）之前递交到宁波市国际招标有限公司，迟到的投标文件和未购买招标文件者的投标将被拒绝接收。

7.开标时间和地点：定于2011年5月10日13：30（北京时间）在鄞州区公共资源交易中心开标大厅（鄞州中心区钱湖南路５７８号）。届时请参加投标的投标人代表出席开标仪式。

Price of the Bidding Documents: RMB￥300 or US$40 for per set of the Bidding Document ( on non-refundable payment to the following bank account, and another RMB￥50 (Home)or US$40 (Abroad) shall be added for EMS postage for each package of the Bidding Documents, if purchased by mail, and clearly indicating its usage and the Tendering No. on the remittance slip; this Co. shall not bear liabilities for any loss occurred by such mail.

3. Time of selling the Bidding Documents: Between 8:30 ~11:30 and 14:00 ~17:45 (Beijing Time, except holidays) from April 20, 2011

4. Deadline of selling the Bidding Documents: 24 hours before the Bid Opening.

5. Place for selling the Bidding Documents: Section Two of Ningbo International Tendering Co., Ltd.

6. Deadline for submitting the Bid Documents: Before 13:30(Beijing Time) May 10, 2011 to the Bid Opening Hall of Yinzhou Gonggong ziyuan JIaoyi Center，the delayed Bid and the bid that the bidder did not buy the Bidding Documents shall be rejected.

7. Time and place for the Bid Opening: 13:30 (Beijing Time) May 10, 2011 at the Bid Opening Hall of Yinzhou Gonggong ziyuan JIaoyi Center， representative(s) of the bidder shall be invited to be present.
